The Hammond Water Works Department offers three convenient ways for you to pay your water bill:

Payment Locations

Customers can pay their bills at the Business Office located at 6505 Columbia Avenue on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After hours customers can leave payments in the Business Office night deposit boxes located in the parking lot or at the front of the building. Last daily pick-up is 3:30 p.m.

Pay Online

The first time you go to the online payment page, you will need your account number, house number and zip code. You will be prompted to enter your choice of user name and password.

Payments made after 4:30 pm will be posted to your account the following business day.  If payment is made on the weekend and/or holidays, it could take up to 72 hours to post to your account.

You will be redirected to a secure website where your payment will be processed.
